random international proposed an autonomous floating orb inside a children’s hospital. i led concept-development for the proposal; bridging the studio’s directors & engineers to propose something poetic-yet-feasible.

the studio won the project; and the installation, kinds of life (video), opened three years later (in 2019) at great ormond street hospital, london.
